🌍 360 Sailing – the sea is our way and home
360 Sailing was born from a dream of living differently – in freedom, between winds and horizons.
It's not just sailing, but a way of life where the sea is home, workplace, and inspiration all at once.
Our goal is to sail around the world – not for records or speed, but to enjoy every mile, every port, and every moment.
We move slowly and consciously, stopping in places that speak to us – discovering new cultures, beaches, islands and people.
⚓ Our journey
On November 1, 2025, we began our round-the-world voyage from Helsinki , sailing through the Baltic Sea, the North Sea, and the Bay of Biscay, then along the Portuguese coast to Tenerife , where we will spend our first winter.
From there, the road takes us to the Mediterranean , where summer adventures and new ports await.
Our ship is a Dehler 38 – a fast, safe and seaworthy sailboat with room on board for both experienced sailors and those who are just discovering the magic of sailing.

The core of 360 Sailing is made up of three people:

I am a sailor, an engineer, and a dreamer – the creator and captain of 360 Sailing.
Seven years ago, the sea became my teacher and home. Since then, I have sailed across the Baltic Sea, the Greek archipelagos, and the coastal waters of Spain and Portugal – always seeking new horizons and meaningful experiences.
I have been offering sea trips in Tenerife for a while now, and this summer we already offered them in the Baltic Sea.
360 Sailing was born from a simple idea: to live freely, discover slowly, and share with others the beauty of life at sea.
Today, I run a growing sailing and charter company that aims to take people away from routine and closer to what really matters – freedom, the sea, and enjoying the moment.

Her warm energy and sharp gaze keep the mood and order on board. Mairi makes sure that every trip is cozy and joyful – even in the middle of the ocean.
Siim – the team's technician and peacemaker.
His hands fix anything that needs fixing, and his humor keeps spirits high even in stormy weather.

360 Sailing is not just about sailing around the world – we also offer charters, sailing training and sea trips , where everyone can experience what it's like to live at sea.
Whether it's a sunset cruise in Tenerife , a Mediterranean island tour , or a longer ocean cruise - every trip on board us is an experience to remember.
We offer the real sea – wind, salt air, starry skies, and silence that can only be heard on the high seas.
